Throughout her career, Shari has worked at the intersection of neighborhood development, community engagement, workforce and economic mobility, youth voice, cross-sector collaboration, and place-based strategy.
Her work has brought together residents, nonprofit leaders, philanthropy, public agencies, educational institutions, employers, youth, and community organizations to tackle questions that rarely have simple answers.
